Winter Tales: Partying in the Cold

I've been asked many times if one could use the oven in Winter. Frankly, I have not tried it by sub-zero temperature and would think that it would require a great deal of additional wood to stay at temperature.

We recently had an outdoor dinner party in 40-degree weather and our WoodFyred 20 oven performed beautifully. Instead of the usual dinner table, we set up chairs in a semi-circle in front of the oven and everyone kept warm while watching dinner getting ready.
