Hi,

I'm Richard Gliech. I live in beautiful Vermont. Years ago I built a pizza oven in my backyard out of a recycled steel drum. So many people wanted one of their own that I decided to start a company to manufacture them. Enter WoodFyred!

WoodFyred outdoor pizza ovens are made with recycled, food-safe steel drums that come with their fair share of dings, scratches and minor surface rust on the outside, bearing witness to their previous life in the industry. The manufacturing happens partly in my garage, partly at our amazing local makerspace, and a few specialized steps are contracted to local crafts people. All made in Vermont!
