  This no-knead dough is as tried-and-true recipe I've been using for my own pizzas and flatbreads. A great alternative to more time-consuming and labor-intensive slow-rise options. Overall prep time is less than 4 hours.

 

Tarte Flambée (Flammkueche)
The famous traditional cream-based, bacon and onion flatbread from Alsace, in northeastern France, was the inspiration for the WoodFyred oven.
