WoodFyred 20 Basic

The WoodFyred is a simple outdoor oven that engineers perfect pizzas and flatbread from wood, fire, steel, and stone.

Made with an upcycled, food-safe 20-gallon steel drum, it features a commercial-grade pizza stone that heats in minutes over a small wood fire. Natural convection cooks pizzas quickly and evenly while imparting just the right amount of melt, crisp, char, and chew.

For the budget-conscious outdoor cook, the Basic version offers all the features of our Classic model, but comes with the upcycled drum's original paint finish (currently an elegant mustard yellow), including scratches and minor surface rust on the outside, bearing witness to its previous life in the industry. It comes complete with an easy-to-assemble stand, wooden legs, and a closing lid. All the parts fit inside the drum for easy transportation.

PLEASE NOTE: The original paint is not intended for high temperatures and will lose its luster and start burnishing off the hottest areas of the drum, where it may develop some surface rust. To ensure the durability of the oven, we recommend cleaning off the affected areas with a wire brush and recoating the drum with heat-rated spray paint, available in most hardware stores or online.
